Delivery Times

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. See below for estimated delivery times. Please note for overseas orders that these are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

If your order is damaged when you receive it, please let us know within 2 working days of receipt and provide photographic evidence. Any damaged goods / packaging MUST be kept in case they need to be inspected as part of the claim for compensation.

UK Orders

All UK orders will be sent out via DPD on a next day service (Monday to Friday). Any order dispatched on a Friday will be delivered on the next working day i.e. Monday.

You will receive a text and/or email confirming your delivery date, and you will have the option to reschedule or arrange collection from a local parcel shop. Once your parcel is out for delivery you will receive a text and/or email confirming a 1-hour delivery window. You can reschedule if this isn’t convenient. Should you miss the delivery a card will be left with instructions on how to rearrange.

European Orders

• Orders to Europe may take much longer than previously (which was around 5 working days), due to Brexit and VAT being charged on all deliveries to the EU and Northern Ireland. VAT, along with a handling charge. Customs or your local postal service will contact you once they receive your package.
• ROYAL MAIL DOES NOT CONSIDER A PACKAGE TO BE LOST UNTIL 20 WORKING DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF POSTING. Once this time has elapsed, we can put in a claim and send out a replacement order to you.

All Other Countries

• Orders for the Rest Of The World usually take around 7-10 working days after posting, sometimes longer depending on Customs and the local mail service in each country.
• ROYAL MAIL DOES NOT CONSIDER A PACKAGE TO BE LOST UNTIL 25 WORKING DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF POSTING. Once this time has elapsed, we can put in a claim and send out a replacement order.

For orders outside the UK, the recipient is responsible for paying any additional charges / duties / taxes etc. Gorgeous Guineas are only responsible for paying the postage costs from the UK.

We obtain a Proof Of Posting for orders where the Signed For postage option has been chosen.

Order and Payment

Please note: Acceptance of payment does not constitute acceptance of an order. Gorgeous Guineas reserve the right to reject an order for whatever reason, even if payment has been processed, in which case payment will be refunded in full. Acceptance of an order is at the sole discretion of Gorgeous Guineas.

• Orders will be accepted via the website.
• Orders can only be paid for using your Debit / Credit card. Payments are processed online by PayPal / Nochex.
• Goods will be shipped when payment is received in full.
• Orders are all sent via First Class / Second Class or Signed For within the UK, and via Airmail or International Signed For outside the UK.
• Once packets have been posted, we have NO control over what happens to them or how long the mail service in your country takes to deliver it. Please bear in mind that the Customs service in your country may hold the package for inspection which adds to the delivery time.

Returns Policy

• We do our best to provide accurate descriptions of our products. If you wish to return unused and unopened item to us, please notify us by email and state the reason for return.
• We will contact you to arrange a refund of your money (less postage costs) once we receive the returned goods. Goods are returned at your own expense.
• You have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession and to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they do not get damaged in transit.
• Please return the unused and unopened goods in the original packaging and obtain a Proof Of Posting and receipt for the postage cost from your Post Office. We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in the post.

Cancellations

• Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order. This cancellation right ends 14 days after the day on which you receive your order.
• If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us by email. Full refunds will be processed within 30 days.
• When you cancel a contract you must return the goods to us if they have already been posted out to you.
