Jenny Brown (formerly Towers) is the Clinical Director. Jenny started her career at Tilehurst fresh out of Vet school. She is very kind, caring and enthusiastic about guinea pigs. Jenny is very good at diagnosing / treating guineas and regularly operates successfully on guineas. Common operations include castrations, bladder stones, removal of lumps etc, and her stitching is very neat. Jenny regularly treated guineas from Reading Guinea Pig Rescue (now closed) as well as my own Gorgeous Guineas.

Sally Ward is a very experienced surgeon who regularly operates on guineas, and her stitching is immaculate. She also has a special interest in eye problems. Sally is also happy to castrate older boars as long as they are fit and healthy. One of my own boars (Mr Happy) was 5.5 years old at the time of his "little operation" - he sailed through the op and enjoyed the last year of his life with Little Miss Nosey:)
